Just as simple as the new installation of clarification plants, is the improvement of existing plants. The individual modules can be added according to need. Due to its flexibility, WSB® clean pro is compatible with almost every system.
During the modernization of existing plants, a further peculiarity of the fully biological technology becomes evident: Even in an existing space does the turbulent fluid bed biofilm process® (WSB®) reach its outstanding clarification performance. This is due to the fact that the carrier material has a large, biologically effective surface area. Thus, construction costs are reduced. In order to achieve a higher clarification quality, existing tanks can be reused.
In the course of modernization, all clarification units of WSB® clean pro can be used separately, combined or in their entirety. Thanks to the high flexibility of the clarification technology, it can easily adapt to varying challenges. For the subsequent sewage treatment there are additional cleaning stages for denitrification, phosphorisation and disinfection.
