Clarification Process of WSB clean pro.
Clarification Process of WSB clean pro.
The basic clarification process of WSB® clean pro occurs in four different cleaning stages. Every stage performs a very tangible cleaning activity, in order to fully biologically clarify the sewage.
The WSB®-Products

WSB® clean pro plant
1 Sedimentation tank: following the influx of waste water, the coarse particles settle here - in the same way as the sludge coming from the final sedimentation.
2 Pre-clarification: In this 3-chamber system, the remaining solids are removed from the waste water.

3 Biology: Biological clarification occurs in up to three cascades. In the first one, carbon is primarily decomposed. While the following cascades are being used primarily for nitrification.
4 Final sedimentation: The biologically cleaned waste water is separated from surplus sludge. Pumps transport it into the sludge storage and the water is recycled into the natural water cycle.
5 Piping: Through the pump-less flow-through with the cascade-principle, a waste water backflow is impossible even in the event of power failure.
6 Control unit: The control unit controls the pump intervals and the compressor.
